In this paper, we present our new ACA observation toward the northeaster edge of supernova remnant W28, where the SNR is interacting with a small molecular cloud (W28F) featuring significant emission of shock tracers such as SiO and CH3OH. The high-resolution observation allows us to reveal the structure of the shocked clumps, and the detection of multiple transitions of CH3OH and H2CO makes it possible to estimate the physical parameters of the shocked clumps. We revealed the segregation between CH3OH and SiO, which can be explained by that they trace shocks with different velocities. We also found a constant thermal pressure in the shocked clumps.
